Today's blog is specially for my gang a.k.a. Backbenchers😌. 
Backbenchers are often considered a headache in the class who are believed to not have a successful future and who are not much into academics. That is what the definition of a backbencher says. 
However, it is not completely true. In fact, it is common to find that backbenchers are more successful in life than the teachers' favorites.. In this blog, I will delve into the reasons why this is the case and why backbenchers should be celebrated for their unique abilities.

1. Independent and self-motivated individuals.

Backbenchers like to explore their interests and passions without feeling the need to meet societal expectations. They  like to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas because they are not bound by the constraints of conformity.

2. Better equipped to handle failure and setbacks

Since they are used to not always in the good books of any person, they are more resilient and able to bounce back from failures. This is an important trait to have in life, as failures can not be avoided, an individual has to fail many times in order to be successful.

3. Creative problem-solving abilities

They are able to think independently and come up with unique solutions to problems because they don't follow anyone's commands easily. The world is constantly changing and being able to adapt and come up with creative solutions plays an important role to reach success.

4. Good teamwork

 They are more comfortable in their own skin and are able to relate to a wider range of people. This means that they are able to build better relationships and work collaboratively with others, which is an important skill to have in any field.

This simply shows that backbenchers are more successful in life than they are often given credit for. So, do not underestimate the abilities of a backbencher in your class or workplace,  Instead, celebrate their unique talents and see what you can learn from them.


To all the backbenchers reading this blog, hope you have a successful life and career. Having fun and studying, both are important parts of a student's life.
